 I've created this site for people who are new to the Web learn some HTML code and build webpages.
I use MSN TV(formerly WebTV) but PC users can use this site as well. My pages are best viewed on MSIE 4.0 or Netscape 4.0 or higher..I think. My site works well on all MSN TV versions.
